Review of the O.S. .15cv-x

My First impression when I took this engine out of the box was perfection.
Just looking at the engine the black case and blue heat sink it looks big
and intimidating. When you fire it up it has this deep growl too it, and
when you nail the throttle it just screams. Breaking it in was easy, I let
it idle through 2 tanks of omega 10% and it idled perfectly without
stalling. The next 2 tanks were low speed runs, and the fifth was my first
time running it full throttle. Even with the engine set rich from break in
and running on a cheap airplane style muffler it was going faster than the
stock engine with a tuned pipe! When I added a duratrax tuned pipe and
leaned it out this thing was screaming, it had unbelievable acceleration,
and when it wound up to full song it was a sound to hear. Neighbors walking
bye stopped and watched, this thing is incredible. Another big factor is
how easy this thing is to tune, just a couple changes it was running like a
champ again. If I ever had to buy another engine I would go straight to O.S.
because there engine is so reliable and It comes standard with a two year
warranty.
