As we approach the 21st century the challenges facing organisations have never been greater.  Increased competition is both raising the standards of service and product quality, and the expectations of consumers.  Average companies will struggle to satisfy such expectations, while excellent companies will exceed them.  Technological advancements in the area of communications, especially the Internet and World Wide Web, is transforming the way business operates.  The competition is not necessarily on the high Street, it may be on information superhighway.

To meet the opportunities such challenges present, organisations require managers with the intellectual ability and skills necessary to manage people and business in turbulent environments.  Successful managers need a solid grounding in the fundamental areas of general management, marketing, economics, accounting and findings, strategic planning and human resource management.  With its balance on the fundamentals of the key business areas and its wide choice of practical focus electives, the CSU MBA will provide you with the opportunity to learn and developed the critical skills necessary to become a better manager.
