I was born on the 6th of August 1964, being the eldest of two sons.  We grew up on a banana farm near White River in "Mphumalanga".  I attended a duel-medium primary school as a weekly boarder.  Unfortunately my father passed away as a result of Leukemia when I was twelve and we had to sell farm and moved into town.  Everything happens for a reason?  Had I been a farmer it is unlikely that I would have met my wife Andriesa.

We have been married for almost ten years (27 January 1990) and have two wonderful sons, Schaun-Lee and Aeren.  Schaun-Lee is almost twenty-one (2 February 1979) and Aeren is almost nine (17 February 1991).  Schaun is studying electrical engineering at the University of Cape Town and is in his second year.

We are fortunate in that both of our sons are well balanced and happy.  They develop good relationships with both teachers and colleagues, have the self-discipline to achieve academically and excel on the sports fields.  In particular Schaun has won gold medals at the South African Surf Life Saving Championships, received provincial colours for athletics, plays rugby for the University U-21A team and was a student leader in his final year of school.

Andriesa has a stunning personality (and figure) and is a wonderful mother, lover, wife and companion.  It is thanks to Andriesa's support that I had been able to develop my career and further my studies.  Andriesa is employed by Nedcor Investment Bank as a property administrator, a field where she has developed vast experience.
