That night we met all the Mediums at the local lodge...by the Swilling Pens...the women were crying...children running and chasing the pigs...the teenagers...were trying to figure out how to talk their parents into letting them have the car...and the parents...were made up of Moms', who were crying, and Dads' who were trying to stop Mom from crying...and it was only when Guy came in...that things calmed down...Even though he was small...we listened... for he had great wisdom in his brain..and we respected that..."WEll"...he said..."you certainly have gotten yourselves into some kind of mess haven't you?" We all just sat there..."How do you figure," I asked...it irked me that he would lay the blame on the very ones trying to fix "his" kinds problems..."Well you should have solved the problem...before they did..."...hmmmm...that made some kind of sense I suppose..."but you did not...and now I had to leave a very interesting problem at the By George's...to come and help you out....Would three extra days to leave help...I believe I can talk the Smalls into giving you that...." |
