Hector, Carlos' nephew, is framed for robbery when - after the shop owner fired and refused to pay him - he simply takes the money he has earned. He is sent to prison on false charges but with Carlos and Walker on the case it will be a short term. However, in prison fate is awaiting him again when an inmate asks him for help against the drug-trafficking guards. Before that inmate is killed he hands him over a booklet proving what's going on. A polluted river in the reservation causes ill and even dead kids. Walker joins Chief Coyote to track down the culprits, apparently a factory owner who uses the river as a dump.
