Of course
a beach needs lots of pretty ladies, and there was no shortage. Swatch
brought in the lovely Gena Lee Nolan from Baywatch who was happy to sign
autographs for the crowd. But perhaps the loveliest lady of all was the
charming Katrina who gave me my first hula lesson right there on the beach.
The
Marines created a competition of another sort. All they did was hang chinup
bars and issue a challenge. Anyone who tried got a prize, and the more
impressive your performance, the better the prize. Well things got interesting
when the ladies got involved. More than one lady showed the boys how it
was done.
