Now, when you pop this game into your SNES, and you see the low-quality sprites, you might think, "man, this game is gonna suck." But once you get involved in the storyline, you realise what a cool game it is. The game begins with you, the hero and a member of the Light Dragon Family, leaving your hometown, which has been dsetroyed by the Dark Dragon Family. You then embark on a quest to save the world from the evil Zog, who is bent on conquering it(big suprise). The music in the game isn't really spectacular,(molstly midi harpsicord music),and although it sets the mood of the game, it can become grating on the nerves after a while. However, the music's good where it counts, such as the battle screens, and during boss battles, and the sound effects are relatively well done for when the game was published. The thing about this game is, you can't judge it for it's graphics and sound. The key to making a great RPG is a great storyline, and intriguing characters, which this game has, without a doubt.
