Earthbound was a revolutionary game made by Nintendo and HAL. Released in 1996 it broke all traditional standards for RPG games across the world. RPG games would consist of Dragons, Castles, Magic, Medievil equipment, but with EarthBound gamers got a chance to have something different: A game from our time. Based in the 1990's, this game pits a Young Boy with Psychokinetic powers against the evils of Giygas, an evil entity bent on taking over the world. The Graphics are visually amusing, with vivid colour and good detail, and the storyline is great. One of the main focuses of this game was humor, and it has succeeded. EarthBound is the funniest RPG you will ever play. I recommend this game to anyone, it may not be the lengthiest RPG, but its a great one
