And it has been around for 2500 years!

- There is always the possibility that I may one day SNAP under the relentless PRESSURE ... and I often think that people like me should be put 2 sleep if there is ANY chance of that happening!

- You might be SUCH sophisticated robots that you believe you are real!

- I don't hear actual voices

- With my own run-of-the-mill thoughts mindfulness & meditation work beautifully

- It's VERY hard 2 describe or imagine if you haven't experienced it personally
