Update 6/26 the master closet
Before

After
There are several empty shelves now  which I haven't decided how to best use yet.

before
Would you believe I actually found TWO diaper bags in there?
My youngest child is TEN years old, for heaven's sake!
What was I saving those for?

after
When we went to a wedding recently my DH said he couldn't find
both of his dress shoes...so he wore his (new and clean) hiking boots, lol.
He should be able to find his shoes now.

after
(no before picture)
I took away one garbage bag full of clothes, radios,
hats and more to the Goodwill and threw away a
15 year old cardboard shoe rack piled high with trash,
old dirty throw pillows, hats, and a heating pad (inherited from grandma)
which was probably much older than me with a
very crumbly and dangerous electrical cord.

One box that I pulled down from the shelf was full of my
DH's old ball caps (about 20 of them) that I had put
there a few years ago in a decluttering attempt.
This time, I just left the opened box sitting on the floor in the bedroom.
When DH walked in he immediately asked if I wanted him to go thru them.
I said, yes, that would be great.  He looked thru all of them
and then thru them all away!  I am so proud of him! :-)
