Mission #1: Occult of Personality
ZULU is sent to Santa Fe, New Mexico to investigate a highly ritualistic
murder. The victim, Mary Ritchie, was found with her heart cut out, and
a crude drawing of the Hindu godess Kali on her back. There were a
series of similar murders in Denver 20 years earlier.
Suspicion quickly falls on Mary's best friend Rebecca Cross and her mysterious husband Ted. Agent Zenya Gorky is kidnapped by Rebecca Cross when their intended next victim, Jasmine Renault proves unsuitable. The rest of the team tracks the Crosses to their cabin by Lake Blue.
UD Garrison contacts Team Leader Jordan Stern and orders ZULU off the case. Stern refuses because Agent Gorky is in danger. She attempts to escape, and is aided by Agents Leo jones and Jim Reaper shooting out the window of the cabin, which allows her to jump through.
Ted and Rebecca flee the cabin and a car chase ensues. Agents Stern, Reaper and Vanessa Lee arrive at a small air strip just in time to take a few parting shots at the Crosses as they flee in a helicopter.
