Route 3
Take Route 3 to Mt. Moon. You'll find no fewer than eight Pokémon trainers on the way. None of their Pokémon are as tough as Brock's, but you'll still have your work cut out for you. At the Mt. Moon Pokémon Center, you can buy a Magikarp Pokémon from a traveling salesman.

Mt. Moon
Mt. Moon is chock full of Potions, peril, and Pokémon. Use the maps to find your way through the tunnels to the exit. You'll also run into members of the infamous Team Rocket, a group of evil Pokémon trainers.
