LET IT SIT FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES THEN....

ROASTED CHICKEN:
1.Get about a 7 pound roasters chicken and put it in a bake pan make sure you cut off all the fat.
2.Take some butter and spread it all over the skin of the chicken so that way its moist for cooking yes margerine is fine:)
3.Cut up about 2 green bell pepper, one whole onion and any other veggies are extra. Stuff the chicken with them and put them in the pan where the chicken is. Now fill the pan halfway with water.
4.Season the chicken with salt, parcely, garlic salt, onion powder, and a dash of pepper, white cooking wine.
5.Preheat the oven to about 400 Degrees and when the oven feels warm enough slip the chicken in.
6.Depending on your oven a chicken that size should cook a few pounds per hour like 3 per hour so i would say cook it for about 2 hours set a timer:)
7.Most chickens have timers but they dont pop up to make sure its cooked pull on the leg if it falls apart your chicken is done.
NOTE: To make it a nice full meal cook up some green beans, maybe a baked potato,or mashed potatoes or a side of noodles (fettucine, garlic and butter ect...)
RIGATONI:
1. In a 8 quart pot pour 6 of the large hunts tomato sauce cans in there. For each Large Can you pour in the pot fill that can with the same amt of water yes thats 6 cans of water.
2. Now for every can of sauce you put in you have to put a can of tomato paste i would say 6 18oz cans will due. Put the tomato paste in the pot and mix it well.
3. Depending on the size cans you use it will vary if you use 12 medium cans of sauce then you need 12 little cans of paste always use one less size can of the tomato paste then the sauce.
4. In the pot add the following seasons 1/4 cup salt,2.5 cups of sugar,parcely,2 heaping table spoons of butter, dash of pepper, some onion and garlic powder as well.
5. In a skillet fry 2lbs of ground beef till it browns then drain to get rid of all fat and greese. Pour the browned beef in the pot of sauce.
6. Now on a cutting board cut up about 1 onion,3 cloves of garlic or 1 gigantic elephant clove. Also use 2 cands of mushrooms or buy a pint of fresh ones. Cut them all up not to fine and ad them to a skillet. Fry them in butter till they soften up and turn brown. After cooked take the whole skillet and just pour into the pot.
7. Turn the stove on about medium to low not to high or you will burn the bottom yikes:)) slowly cook the sauce anywhere from a hour to 3 hours its at your discretion. Stir every 10 minutes though so everything gets mixed well and dissolves.
8. Take off the stove and pour into a bowl or container and let it cool for at least 20 minutes.
9. While sauce is cooling in another pot or the same one boil a full pot of water which takes around 12 minutes id say. Add some salt to incease the water temperature and to speed it up.
10. When the water is fully boiling ad 32 ounces of rigatoni or maybe add some rigatoni and some spirals easy as that. Let them boil till they are el dante half cooked yes dont be afraid to eat one it wont hurt.
11. Now drain the pot and all water from it using a strainer and put all the noodles back into the pot get as much water out you dont want watery sauce ok?
12. Take a few scoops of sauce and pour it on the noodles mix it in. Now serve the rigatoni on a plate and take a large scooper and just evenly pour the sauce on the Rigatoni. Now you are ready to eat.
NOTE: A side of french bread and butter is nice, or some parmesian cheese to sprinkle on your Rigatoni, or perhaps a nice salad to go with it seems to work best. Enjoy!!
