Create a form letter of a cover letter to your resume.
Merge your access database with the form letter. Be sure to use the "contact
name" after the "Dear".
When finished, attach your database to an email and send it to me.
Turn in your letters to Mr. Litterini. Use your real mailing address as your
letterhead and your name in the signature block.
