Ms. Stratmann acts strange recently. And wants to leave the school.
Shirley thinks illness, but in fact it's love. Her designated successor
is Mr. Kemp, a principal from hell (at least in students' eyes).
Mr. Kemp was fired sometime ago from Molly's old school - based on
her initiative against him. Now neither Shirley wants Ms. Stratmann
to leave nor Molly, but for Shirley and Molly being on the same side
doesn't necessarily mean working together. Shirley soon finds out that
Ms. Stratmann's beau is a con man being after her money but can't tell
her directly because the result might be too much for her to continue
her job, too.
