The Districts

The city is divided into 4 major districts inter-connected by an underground train system:

Plaza

Is the starting-point for new online players. This is a neutral district where you can safely move around.
Note - Openly carrying weapons in this district is strictly prohibited and monitored.
What you can find here:
  • Police department (NCPD)
  • City administration (CityAdmin)
  • Conference center (ConCenter)
  • Job terminals (JobTerm)
  • a few stores (Shops)

  • CyberMall

    A small Plaza subdistrict. The best place in Neocron to shop. Here you get the best food, bionic implants, weapons, vehicles, outdoor equipment etc.

Via Rosso

The Manhattan of Neocron. An expensive and extravagant district.
Note - Openly carrying weapons in this district is strictly prohibited and monitored.
What you can find here:
  • The head office of the Bank
  • Stock exchange (StockX)
  • beautiful restaurants
  • bars
  • expensive stores

Pepper Park

The nightclub district of the city.
Note - Carrying weapons in this district is prohibited, however, this is hardly monitored.
What you can find here:
  • Casinos
  • bars
  • hotels
  • cheap apartment blocks

Outzone

An abandoned area of Neocron where chaos rules. Outzone's area is almost 3 times as large as all other districts together.
Note - NCPD does not enter this area.

Wastelands

The Wastelands are beyond the Outzone and are pretty much plain terrain with only a few installations (mostly abandoned) left.
The contaminated area cannot be entered without protective wear. The deeper you enter the Wastelands, the more protective does
your wear have to be. Due to the high cost for highly protective wear, newbies are seldom met in this area.
