Each piece of stationery is displayed as it will look in an email or Newsgroup message. They are each available for download in a *zipped packet which contains the stationery itself, its matching email button and the html file which puts them together with set margins and creator credit. To download them for your own use, open the viewable stationery and click on it's matching email button. If you wish to put them directly into your default stationery folder, choose the 'open from this location' option and then click on the resulting zip file to open it. You'll see 3 files listed. Without highlighting any of the listed files, click on extract in the zipfile toolbar and you'll be prompted for a place to extract them to. Browse to your default stationery folder, highlight it and then click on the extract button. Your default stationery folder is located in a folder called 'stationery' that's within your 'Microsoft shared' folder, that's within your 'common files' folder that's within your 'Program Files' folder that's located on your C drive. * If by chance you don't have winzip, or don't even know what it is, well.. you MUST get it! It's a definate must have and once you've got it you'll wonder how you ever lived without it. A free evaluation version is available for download at : http://www.winzip.com/downhome.htm . You can read more about it there. Once You've done the above, to use the stationery, while in Outlook Express, click on 'Compose' and select 'New Message using' , and then scroll down to where it says 'More Stationery'. You will be automatically taken to your default stationery folder where you can select the stationery you wish to use.
