INDICATIVE CONTENT-
Review of Modulation Techniques:
revision of modulation and demodulation methods,
carrier recovery.
ASK, FSK, PSK, M-ary systems:
PCM, DPCM and ADPCM systems. Hybrid modulation schemes.
Information Theory:
Information Theory. Source and line coding concepts.
Advanced Modulation Methods:
Introduction of Trellis coding, 8PSK constellation.
Introduction to Spread Spectrum techniques. |
