TERRACE VIEW

Whilst no supporter of Margate Football Club can deny that this has been the most successful season on the pitch for many years, they are still concerned that everything behind the scenes is still not what it should be. Rumours have spread the terraces that the club are broke again, wages have not been paid, large sums of money have been borrowed by directors and not paid back and the atmosphere is not very chirpy.
Until ther is evidence of any of it we cannot be sure if it is true or not though it is hard to believe that there is someone that just keeps on making up stories about the club for no reason whatsoever. Once again it seems that Margate FC is being run for particular peoples financial gain as opposed to the benefit of the club itself.
This season with Link Musics continued backing we could have built a foundation for the future. However it appears that some people were too scared of being involved with people who know what they were on about and made sure that the agreement came to an end. It seems that once again Margate Football Clubs future is in the balance because of mis-management and apparent egomania. If only someone were to do something about it.........
