Good morning. 8:30 AM Wed. Dec 1

so cold....you can see your breath,
hoarfrost coating everything
Yet chickadee still takes the time
to eat a meal and gaily sing
Enjoying the feast, an unmatched pair.
Hairy woodpecker here & chickadee there.
On the bright snow sunlight glows
with secrets only the shadow knows
Do you see what I found here?
Sentimental remnants of yesteryear.
A full moon brightens the evening sky.
Telling the day fare well, goodbye
