As a mentalist of the city-states, Nicktoo gains the bonus proficiencies of ancient history (Vilhon Reach), etiquette, and heraldry.

Combat/Tactics: Nicktoo tries to talk his way out of every situation, and when all else fails, he typically gets his enemies to leave or surrender using his Art and powerful mind. Nicktoo gains a +2 bonus to saving throws vs. mentalism spells and effects, instead of the typical +1.

As a wizard of the city-states, Nicktoo has limited his battle magics in order to stay in line with the ways of peace, thus all spells that directly damage opponents suffer a -1 for every die rolled for damage when cast by him (although each die will still always cause at least 1 point of damage).

Allies/Companions: His other two triplet brothers, Clattoo and Farratta Bromthorn, and also most of the wizards that he has met thus far.

Foes/Enemies: None of any importance.

Appearance: Nicktoo is of average human appearance, bearing long brown hair and dark, almost black, brown eyes, and is lean and sinewy. He wears red toga-like robes, sandals and a platinum circlet bearing the Mind's eye in the center of his forehead.

Personality: Nicktoo is very talkative and loves to communicate with anything he can. However, he is as tricky and evasive as his triplet, Farratta; although he tricks people with his words rather than his deeds.
