The heroes then continue into the dungeon, when there are attacked by 5 wights! Erik manages to slay 3, while Wiquaestreal takes out 2. They then proceed on to another part of the ancient dungeon, where the party was attacked by none other than a baelnorn! In the battle that followed their weapons were unusable, as the ancient elf-lich had protected him from magical weapons. Only Monty managing to harm him with a duo of magic missile spells.
Having the room filled with a cloudkill and him hitting everyone with a darkning bolt spell, all but Erik & The Elf backed out of combat. The Elf saw Erik almost die from a finger of death, so he used his cloak to nullify all magic around him! But not before the undead casts grease around himself and on Erik, who had pinned him to the ground.
He soon rolled over and drew out a long sword, although Erik took it away from him with sheer power of muscle. They then fought him, causing no damage to him what so ever with complex wrestling maneuvers (and Wiquaestreal running away), and finally destroying him and his projected image.
Resting the night, they then exited their hide away, only to be ambushed, although this time Erik quickly slew the foul undead being for good (they think).
Completing the Infinity Wand, the heroes then encounter a large group of shadows commanded by some powerful fiends and an unknown being in strange dress.
