There are so many wonderful artist on the Web
that it goes without saying
to choose a few and display a Gallery for them
was a hard decision.
I will say
that the idea to do this though
began here
with the beautiful Work of Amy Brown.
I was so captured by her work that
the idea to do a seperate Gallery for her
seemed to be the only way to give this fine Artist
the credit that she so much deserves.
Please do enjoy this Special Gallery
and do take the time to click on either of her banners
there are two different ones located here.
A trip to her Personal Site
is by far recommended.
There you will find some of the most beautiful Faeries
and a few others wonderful things.
Amy does sell her work
both originals and
many many prints, that does make her work affordable
to many people.
I ask only one thing here
Please do not download her work from this Site
because it is with permission of this fine artist
that I do display her work.
If you should desire to display her work on your Web Pages
Please travel the route to her Site
where you will find much more to chose from.
A simple email "request" to Amy concerning her work
is the proper way to handle
displaying her art.
You will find her email her on this Page as well.
And now to this I say
ENJOY!
After painting for many years She works with watercolor, Amy resides in the Pacific Northwest, For information on any of these locations,
Amy prefers to paint fantasy pieces
because they open themind
to magical worlds
and infinite possibilities.
gouache,colored pencil,

where much of her art
is shown and sold
at various locations aroundWashington.
drop her an email:
There she lay Her wings Quietly... Ahh... When I awoke... And in the center... To those that have heard the tinkling sound... ~SparrowHawk~
Amoung the flowers
Sleeping peacefully
for hours.
So tiny
So gentle
Curled up on
a fallen rose petal.
ever so frail
appeared to
glow so bright
as they sparkled in the warm sunlight.
Her hair
it seemed to tumble
down
wrapping all around her
there on the ground.
Quietly
I
watched her sleeping
Knowing when she awoke
she would be
nowhere to be
found.
though in my effort
to be silent
Asleep I fell...
As if under an
enchanting spell.
she was gone
but
There beside me lay the
rose petal
which she slept on.
as if to say,
"Thank you
friend for letting me rest."
was a mound of sparkling dust,
a Faery's gift
to those they
trust.
To those that do believe....
A
Faery's gift to you
will soon be found.
Her work has brought back many visual memories
of the Fae,
as told in stories by my Grandmother.
For Amy I wish only the Brightest
of Blessings
in her life
and in her work.
And I Thank you, Amy
for
keeping the beauty of the Fae alive, for me
and I am sure, for many others as well.
I also Thank you for allowing me to display your work
and I pray I did it justice.
A reminder for all of you
who are interested in Amy's fine work
