Star Trek - Deep Space Nine - Season 6 |
This has to be one of the best (and most unusual) shows ever. All the alternate characters are loveable,
even Dukat and Weyoun. I was relieved to see that the ending wasn't spoiled by a "This is what really happenned..."
Avery Brooks's acting is incredible in this. A true classic.

This whole shrinking crew deal really doesn't belong in Star Trek if you ask me, but Bashir and O'Brien
always light up a bad episode. It's a shame Worf wasn't the one who was shrunk. The Jem'Hadar seem a little wasted.

O'Brien under cover to infiltrate the Orion Syndicate. Takes an intersting turn when we get up close and personal with the "bad guy" Bilby. He turns out to be a real person, not a typical villain. Great characterization for Chief O'Brien, great story, great acting, just plain great.

Another favourite. The story is very clever. Once again Avery Brooks excels in the role of Sisko.
The ending is very surprising. "It's a FAKE!" it certainly surprised me.
I love it when Sisko knocks out Garak for being so damned devious. WHACK!

Odo finally gets Kira. I never knew Odo could sing (that bad).
It may be a little soap opera-ish, but it proves you don't need big explosions to make a good Star Trek show.

Another dumb Ferengi show. Has some funny scenes though. I'm talking about Rom's girly walk in particular.
I remember thinking "What the hell going on here?" Its all pretty pointless, but entertaining nonetheless.

There's isn't much plot here, instead time is well spent digging into the characters, and how the war
has affected them. The memorial service
scene is pretty good, there's a strong hint that someone (cough..cough.dax..cough) is going to die soon.
