Brian Irons is the Chief of Police. At first, he seems to be a pretty nice guy who wants to help out the community. When you first meet Brian, he will tell that the dead girl on his desk is the Mayor's daughter, who he was supposed to watch after and take care of, but since she's dead, he obviously failed. But later on (Through reading files you find about him), you find out that he is actually a very vile and evil man. He's the one who killed most of the police force, and he also barricaded the exits out of Raccoon City, thus ensuring that know one will be able to escape "his" town. He's even the one that broke communication to any outside source, to or from, Raccoon City. That way, no one would be able to contact someone to come and help fight off the zombies and other monsters plaguing the town. Knowing that he was going to die sooner or later, either by zombies, or something else, Brian didn't want anybody else in the town to live. As you can tell, Chief Irons is a very evil man. He collects paintings, some of which are very distubing and evil (Like one depicting a nude person being hanged. With the words "A sacrifice to the Hell Fire"). He is a guy who gets joy from watching people suffer and die. Writhing around in a "red pool of their own blood". And, as you can probably guess by now, he's the one who killed the Mayor's daughter. In the end though, Brian Irons gets what he deserved. William implants him with an embryo, and it burst through his chest, tearing him open, thus killing him instantly.
