Here's a pretty short list of all of the items that you use to heal yourself in Resident Evil 2. Also includes the combanations of herbs.
F. (First) Aid Spray - This will completely restore my vitality.
Green Herb - Special herbs that grow in the Raccoon City Region.
Red Herb - Special herbs that grow in the Raccoon City Region.
Blue Herb - Special herbs that grow in the Raccoon City Region.
Growing Blue Herbs - You can sometimes find a pot of growing blue herbs. These herbs you can't pick up and carry with you, but you can still use them to heal yourself. Usually found around the giant tarantula's and the plant enemies. Anywhere where you can get poisened, there's usually some growing blue herbs.
Mixed Herbs - There are several kinds of mixed herbs. Here they are, with a defenition of each:
Two Green Piles - A mixture of two green herbs.
Green and Red pile - A mixture of 1 green and 1 red herb.
Green and Blue pile - A mixture of 1 green and 1 blue herb.
Green Lump - A mixture of three green herbs.
Brown Lump - A mixture of 1 green herb, 1 red herb, and 1 blue herb
Brown Lump (2) - A Mixture of 2 green herbs and 1 blue herb.
