In this place St. Bridget obtained in 1346 the 15 Prayers about the Passion of the Lord.

However the Magnificent Promises to these Prayers were given to St. Bridget in the Church of St. Paul (San Paolo fuori le mura) at Rome.

The Holy Father Pope Pius IX has approved the Prayers and the Promises of St. Bridget May 31, 1862 for the benefit of the humanity and for the good of souls.
