Ann
died in a car crash while attending
Liberty
University in Lynchburg, VA.
Alcohol
was not involved!
It's hard to understand
when someone so young with so much potential is taken from us. It's
been a year now since Ann's death, and even though we know that she is
better off in heaven, those of us left behind miss her dearly and long
to hear her laugh or see her smile. Not a day goes by when
we don't think of her, wishing she was still here with us, and wondering
why.
We
miss you and love you Ann, the wonderful memories we have of you will live
on forever.

We
wait for the day that our
heartbreak turns
to roses

Ann and Amy Heichel after
Ann played for the band at Liberty University. Ann received
the conductors award last year, even though she wasn't yet a Senior.
She was well liked by all. Worked hard, loved people and knew how
to have fun! She was to be a Resident Assistant the upcoming year...
something that is not achieved by many. The college held a special
memorial service for her when the students returned and retired her band
uniform.

Ann with her friends
just days before she died. They were a very close group of friends
and sat in the ICU waiting room with Ann's family for days hoping and praying
for a miracle for Ann.

REVELATION
God hath not promised
Skies always blue,
Flower-strewn
pathways
All our lives
through;
God hath not promised
Sun without rain,
Joy without sorrow,
Peace without
pain.
But God hath promised
Strength for the
day
Rest for the labor,
Light for the
way
Grace for the
trials,
Help from above.
Unfailing sympathy,
Undying love...
"And
God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes"
