The story of the Evil Emperor Austin is one clouded in mystery suspicion and intrigue. No-one knows for sure who he is or where he comes from although it was widely believed that the now dead King Water Vole VII did hold the secret to his past. Now he is dead it is probable that Austin's past will remain a secret to all but Austin himself.

However, his recent future for the last 20 years or so is well documented. At the age of 13 the records at King Water Vole VII Royal Scope Academy, of The Realm of Camel Hygiene, show that a boy simply known as Austin Weasel enrolled in classes to become a Scope Knight. Under the guidance of his mentor, the now dead Incontinent Pigeon, he quickly rose in his skill and command of the Scope Force. By only the age of 15 he had already become a Scope Knight. Incontinent Pigeon could see that the boy was the incarnation of the purest Scope Force and would soon become the most powerful being in the universe ever. He continued to be trained by Wolverine Snr (Wolverine's father) once Incontinent Pigeon had taught him everything he could. It was clear to Wolverine Snr that Austin understood fully the full power of the Scope and possessed such a deep understanding of its secrets only those of Royal blood could come close to. By the age of 16 Austin Weasel was 2nd in command of the 4 Skin Scopes and this remained the case until his 18th year.

On a fateful day, one Summer, Austin was lying on his bed after he and his friend, Skank "poo smells" Pig, had spent a morning in hard training. Austin suddenly felt the evil urge of the "Dark Side" come upon him. He tried to resist but he could not. Suddenly he curled up into a ball, his hands seemed to take on a life of their own, he found himself rubbing himself up with growing intensity.

Since that day the Dark Side manifested itself more and more as he began to show characteristic traits of a "Dark One". Such traits were making car noises, rubbing himself up continuously, making car noises while rubbing himself up, obtaining a fascination of all male genitalia, losing the ability to read and write (and sometimes even speak) but most notably becoming the most deformed creature ever to have existed. Austin was able to hide his Dark Side leanings for a few years but once his deformities began to considerably worsen Wolverine Snr became very suspicious. Severe deformities were common in all who were at one with the Scope Force but even the mighty Austin, as he had now become was still far too young to have this much power. He knew that the Scope Power would only ever fully reveal itself to one who was experienced enough, noble of mind, and patient and humble of character to wisely and rightfully master it. He knew Austin was destined to achieve this but at that time he was still too rash and impatient and far too inexperienced at the age of 22. Wolverine Snr took it upon himself to travel to the planet Sinus to meet the greatest Scope Knight there had ever been, who in his old age had become a Sage, named Yogey the Bogey.

Yogey revealed for the first time to him the existence of the Dark Side. He told him how the Dark Side actively searched for those destined to be great so it may corrupt them and use them for it's own evil purpose. It would do this by revealing the full Scope power to someone like Austin who would be too rash to be able to resist it. It offered him the chance to be the most powerful mortal ever & it's lure was too great. Wolverine Snr asked how he may be defeated, Yogey gave the answer he most dreaded. "If in him the Dark Side he has, in a pile of steaming dogger are you". He went on to say "If a shred of righteousness exists in him, hope there is. If there exists none you're f***ed matey!"

Wolverine Snr returned to The Realm of Camel Hygiene where he met Austin. Austin laughed to himself before telling him, "I am aware that you have found my secret & now as my mentor and above all a powerful Scope Knight I give you the chance to join me in my bid to take over the world and overthrow that complete sweaty mongoal you call your King!" Wolverine Snr stood firm and tried to convince him that his actions would lead to his own destruction but the Dark Side had rooted itself too deeply in Austin. He simply gave an evil smile and said "If you won't join me then I will have to kill you." Then from his trousers he pulled the most enormous tuba Wolverine Snr had ever seen. Austin began to play. Wolverine Snr could not withstand it's ultimate power. He tried to fight back but he was brought to his knees by Austin's rendition of the C Scale. Austin was sending psychic messages to surrender to the Dark Side but Wolverine Snr was far too noble and devoted to the Scope Force and his King to give in. Wolverine Snr looked up, this was surely his last moment of life, but then suddenly out of the corner of his eye he saw, the legendary veteran Scope Knights, Anthony the Lott-meister and his best friend "boss eyed" Pob. Together they proceeded to leave hideous poo marks all over the floor to which even the supremely powerful Austin had no reply to. All 3 men fought bravely until Austin could take it no longer and made his escape. However the damage had been done as his tuba playing had killed Pob and Lott and left Wolverine Snr in a coma from which he recovered only a week later.

Austin was never heard of again until 15 years later an unknown radical politician was voted into the the leadership of the Grand Union of Severe Deformities. This was the leading body of the small but dedicated political union for the abolition of the Monarchy and the installment of a United Union of Independent Scope Republics. However, as the skillful political tactics and harsh treatment of opposition from Austin paid off he was able to change the movements aim to depose the King and install himself as the Scope Emperor of all the monarchs territory. This autocratic dictatorship would then sweep away the traditions, beliefs and all opposition including all Scope Knights and Scope leaders so that his Evil Empire and his personal power would be unchallenged and the Dark Force to which he was a servant of would rule forever as the Light Side would be defeated completely.

The universe gradually fell piece by piece as Austin's forces grew and grew and conquered all before them. Under his leadership his unstoppable war machine was now ready for it's greatest challenge, the final battle for The Realm of Camel Hygiene. The King's forces were the most powerful in the universe's history and would provide the biggest challenge for Austin. He was well aware that only 1 fully trained Scope Knight existed having converted or executed all others. He also knew that he was the son of his old old master and would therefore be wise and powerful and needed to be killed before he could do any damage.

The war was short. Even the mighty Royalist forces were crushed effortlessly by the GUSD and it's leader. Austin was proclaimed "Emperor of the Universe" 1 day after his victory. Austin knew that he would be victorious but was more concerned about the whereabouts of Wolverine, his students and the King. When he found out that Wolverine, Cobra, Hawk, Barn Owl, Yogey, and a heavily pregnant Queen Sloth had all escaped he became enraged knowing that his future survival depended solely on their existence. He took his frustrations out on the heroic King who had stayed bravely with his beloved land to the last. The King suffered the same fate as all who opposed Austin faced, "Death by Tuba".

He then set about the rebels destruction and in the process converted the rightful Scope King (Water Vole VIII) to the Dark Side and blew up their base on Earth as he pursued the Rebel Alliance across the galaxy.

To this day the Evil Emperor Austin is still hunting down the Rebel Alliance while ruling over the universe with an iron hand.
