Harm teams up with Maj. Sarah MacKenzie and Lt. Roberts to investigate,
together with Special Assistant Webb, the theft of the Declaration
of Independece, who was stolen by Colonel O'Hara. O'Hara, who turns out
to be Mac's uncle, claims he has taken control of it to remind the

024 [2.02-97] Secrets (aka: In Camera) / Die Akte Magida
The convicted spy Jason Magida successfully escape from Groton brig
and his way leads him straight to Adm. Chegwidden's office, who was
involved in his court-martial back then. He takes him, and later also
Mac and Bud, hostage. Claiming he was framed, he insists the three
officers retry him. Harm, inbetween trying from outside to solve this
situation with Webb's help, calls in a SWAT team and then has his
hands full of keeping the team away from killing Magida.

Harm, Mac and Bud are ordered to investigate a fatal mid-air
accident at Miramar NAS that killed one of Harm's friends. And it
is not the first lethal accident there: there have been numerous
accidents and mysterious deaths in the squadron's past and it makes
the round that there's a jinx on 'The Howlers'. They find out that
this rumor stems from an accidental bombing of an Iraqi mosque
during Desert Storm. All, except one, of the pilots involved are
dead - but to proof there's no jinx, Harm flies with the one left,
Lt. Ayers. The mid-air refueling goes awry and Harm is seriously
injured ...

During a SEAL mission off Libya one team-member, P.O. Mark Harridan,
is killed by his closest friend. Now at the hearing in the courtroom
Mac and Harm face off on opposite sides when Mac defends Chief Petty
Officer Greg Connors and Harm prosecutes. Although the evidence
clearly points at murder and since Connors is unwilling to cooperate,
Harm starts his own investigations. Digging deeper into Harridan's
personal life, Harm and Bud indeed find new clues showing that it
wasn't murder - it was fear ...

After being grounded, fighter pilot Lt. Marilyn Isaaks presses sexual
harassment charges against her commanding officer, Capt. Boone, mainly
based on the happenings at the crossing-the-line ceremony and that he
welcomed her tough treating, even encouraging the others to do so. But
Capt. Boone claims he grounded her due to her incompetence. Harm and
Mac investigate. They are later joined by Congresswoman DeLong who
fights against discrimination her way - leading to fatal consequences.
Bud meets Ens. Harriet Sims, his successor as PAO on board of the USS
Seahawk.

Harm and Mac go to Belfast, Northern Ireland, to negotiate the
release of Lt. Nevins' baby, which was - according to her - kidnapped

Harm eventually meets him he finds out that Barnes wasn't the culprit
at all and someone else is deeply involved in this game. This other
party apparently uses the baby, as well as Harm and Mac, to capture
Barnes ...

Running through the woods, Chegwidden's girlfriend Laura runs into
a booby trap. Although it's only a training mine, Chegwidden knows
that warning was meant for him after he sees a little figure,
reminding him of an incident back in Vietnam. Laura, confused,
informs Harm who tries to reveal the secret behind that. As there
isn't much help from the Admiral's side, he takes on his own
investigations and finds out that all members of Chegwidden's
(CIA controlled) SEAL-team are dead - except him. And then another
mine goes off ... this one was for real, killing his girlfriend.
But the one person apparently to blame is MIA and should be dead,
so someone else is scheming a dark game ...

A break-down causes Harm to go down with his plane in the Appalachian
Mountains. On their way to find help, Harm and Mac (who was with him)
meet some backwoodsmen poachers who have just killed a game warden.
Those aren't pleased about the meeting and soon try to go after them.
Harm and Mac, who has been shot and seriously wounded, now have to
play a deadly game of hide-and-seek. Back at the headquarters, Bud
must take on a case since Harm can't be reached.

Harm is selected to be the official escort for the visiting Romanian
princess Alexandra, who comes to Washington with her father. King
Josif is expected to announce partnership with the NATO but hesitates
when threats arrive that then his daughter would die. And this for
sure should be taken seriously since Alexandra's bodyguard was killed
in Brussels shortly before. Harriet gets transferred to Norfolk. Bud
finally manages to invite her for dinner but it shouldn't be when
his car breaks down.

An apparently dead Marine is left behind after a mission to kidnap a
drug lord has gone awry in Columbia. But the target of the operation,
Estruga, claims the Marine is seriously wounded but alive. The JAG
team, who already is in Columbia to investigate the death of the
soldier, accepts a meeting. But the meeting was just a trap to
capture Webb ...

Harm goes undercover as a Marine gunnery sergeant to investigate an
accident happened during a Force Recon training, while Mac and Bud
are doing the official ivestigation. Soon they stumble over the tough
and questionable methods of Capt. Koonan, who always introduces
unexpected problems (while crossing the line) into the training
missions. Harm soon finds out about the danger coming with these
problems, putting his and the team-member's life at risk.

Hit by a car during a run, Harm gets hospitalized. A heart-transplant
operation on an Israeli minister involved in peace talks is going on
when Hamas terrorists take over the hospital and the operation room.
Harm tries to find out what's going on and takes action - from inside
he provides the Feds valuable information. He also has to help a
pregnant woman who goes into labor. Mac, taken hostage like several
others, tries to solve the problem from an other side.

Harm, Mac and Bud are assigned sea duty to be official observers
during a joint war games exercise between U.S. and Russian naval
forces. While Mac stays onboard the USS Cayuga, Harm and Bud observe
the exercise on board the Russian destroyer Visiliev. After a little
accident on the Vasiliev, Harm smacks a foul play and more incidents
emphasizes his theory that Captain Grinkov might play for real with
his opponent Cayuga's Capt. McNamara, his long-time rival.
