and disobedience. Harm and Mac, originally flown in to investigate,
find out she has already been charged. Harm defends her in the
court-martial - which actually should have never been brought up
in the first place because the deep relationship was just platonic.

ensure that Lt. Gilbert gets a fair treatment.

now is put on trial since the operation should have never taken place -
the situation should have been resolved with diplomacy - but with

civilians. The pilot and his superior, Capt. Gary Hochhausen - Harm's

Vietnam POW, shows up at JAG to confess a murder - which has taken

043 [3.06-97] Vanished / Verschollen im Bermuda-Dreieck

On a training mission a fighter suddenly disappears during a stormy
weather in the Bermuda Triangle. The reason could be anything from
a crash to hijacking the plane since it was fully armed. The fact
that it disappeared in the Bermuda Triangle turns up crazy stories
and Bud himself is very fascinated and somehow frightened about the
present and past stories this area provides.

044 [3.07-97] Against All Enemies / Verraeter an Bord

During a maneuver, a missile goes off and hits a North Korean airliner
killing 31 people. The JAG investigation now should clarify how this
could happen, why the airliner was in the training area and who is
responsible for this incident. First signs point out that everything
was done properly and nobody exactly knows how this could have ever
happened. But then after strange radio signals are discovered it could
mean that this was a planned 'accident' and a spy may be on board.

is about to receive a nomination for the Medal of Honor. JAG now is
ordered to do a routine check on Rivers to find any skeletons he might
have hidden in his closet - if there are any - in order to save the
politicians the embarrassment. Questioning Rivers' men Harm and Mac
learn that Rivers is a reckless man who only put his men into grave
danger. Rivers, however, refuses any cooperation with the JAG people.

A mid-air collision between a Marine helicopter and an unknown
aircraft - leaving one man dead - is a no-job for JAG when the
Defense Security Division pulls JAG and takes over. A somehow miffed
Harm doesn't accept this and continues with his investigations,
with Bud on his side. Mac is offered a job at Dalton's law firm
and being unhappy with her current situation anyway - desk duty

secret agent Parlovsky. At Harm's side during his trial is Mac, who

048 [3.11-97] Defenseless / In der Falle

At her home, Ens. Elizabeth Lane shoots a Turkish military attache
(for whom she worked) and claims it was in self-defense - which is
solely based upon her intuition. In order to defend her, Harm must
stick to facts which are more than thin. Additionally, it seems
Ens. Lane should be sacrificed to maintain the good relationship
between the USA and Turkey. With his apartment being exterminated,
Bud temporarily moves in with Harriet.

committed suicide on a hunting trip. He orders Harm and Mac to
investigate. When those only find clues which support the suicide
theory, Chegwidden takes on the investigation himself. Another

051 [3.14-98] Father's Day / Amok

Cpl. Wetzel, a Marine tank driver, is charged with dereliction of duty,
which he attributes to his distraction over the custody battle for his
infant son. Although dubbed a peanut case, Harm, Mac and Bud are
ordered to take on it. Mac also gets Dalton involved for Wetzel's
custody case, while the JAG team does the others one. But fear for
    his son complicates matters.
[Note: Donald P. Bellisario makes a short cameo in this episode -
he's the man who leaves the car which is then stolen by Cpl. Wetzel
at the Quantum Leap Convention. The woman welcoming him is Harriet,
the Audience Liaison at JAG Productions.]

a South American drug trafficker and son of a diplomat. Since it was
the Navy, Harm and Mac investigate the incident. The trail leads them
to three retired Navy frogman of whom one has to settle a score with

053 [3.16-98] Chains of Command / Ende einer Karriere

A mishap on the USS Seahawk which could have ended fatal sends P.O.
Douglas to her superior. After the talk she goes to JAG to press
sexual harressment charges against the man, Master Chief Sullivan.
He offered her to intervene in her favor in exchange for sex. Not
the most believable person anyway - contrary to the Master Chief -
statement-against-statement, and apparently only that, is not exactly
a perfect start for Harm, Mac and Bud into this case. But later it
appears others accepted that 'mutual agreement', too. In court,
    Dalton is Sullivan's attorney.

for copying her files - is pursuing her. Only to find out - after
Dalton is killed - that the stalking continues, and even reaches
into her private life. Harm and Mac defend CPO Sevalas against

Harm takes Josh along on a weekend trip for Navy families aboard a
frigate - but told Annie he's on a sailing trip with him. While
cruising in the Gulf of Mexico, Cuban freedom fighters take over
command and plan to use the missiles on board to kill Fidel Castro -
and with him hundreds of civilians. With the persons on board as

056 [3.19-98] Death Watch / Dianas Geist

Still after two years Harm is haunted by the murder of Diane Schonke.
Now by chance he has found out who the killer was and is about to take
actions into his own hands and take the culprit to task. He tells Mac -
who dropped by and noticed that something was wrong - the story but
continues as planned, leaving Mac in the cold. Fearing that he might
do something stupid, she and Bud try to find out his next step before
    it's too late.
    Location: Washington, D.C.; Norfolk, Va.
[Note: This is the revamped first season cliffhanger episode Skeleton
Crew which wasn't shown in the US and Canada during JAG's initial run.
The original plan was that Agent Turque was indeed the NCIS aboard the
Seahawk and he later killed Diane during an attempted rape. For this
episode John Ashton wasn't available, so DPB decided to change the
story. Different from the original episode is also that Harm's
fingerprints were never on the weapon, therefore he probably was
never arrested under murder charges (the actual cliffhanger). More
details can be found in the JAG FAQ.]

Harm gets abducted at his front door by Agent Palmer who - by posing as
Harm - wants to silence the Marine officer Harm and Mac are prosecuting
for supplying nerve gas which was used against a UN peacekeeping force.
Wedding preparations for Harriet and Bud are underway. A fallback could
be the fact that Harriet must then be transferred since married couples
are not allowed at the same office.

058 [3.21-98] The Return of Jimmy Blackhorse /
                                                                      Die Rueckkehr des Jimmy Blackhorse

Navajo elders refuse to believe that the identification of human remains
as those of heroic World War II code-talker Jimmy Blackhorse is indeed
correct. The Pentagon, about to name a ship after the veteran, wants this
situation cleared and JAG is brought into the case. Assisted by forensic
pathologist Lt. Cmdr. Coulter, the team tries to convince the Navajo
to at least let them do a DNA test, something considered a sacrilege by
    the Navajo.

059 [3.22-98] Clipped Wings / Die Hoelle von Montecassino

An F-14 excercise flight in Italy ends fatal when the F-14 clips a
helicopter, resulting in six civilians dead. Harm defends the pilot
who claims that he avoided a collision with a light plane but couldn't
prevent colliding with a suddenly appearing helicopter. The case proves
to be quite delicate when the public demands justice for the victims and
on the other hand the Italian government wants to prosecute on its own.

060 [3.23-98] Wedding Bell Blues / Hochzeitsblues

The final days before Bud and Harriet's wedding: Bud leads his first
case as prosecutor. Also Bud's obnoxious and abusive father, 'Big Bud',
comes to town with Bud's younger brother Mikey to attend the wedding.
Big Bud then throws a stag party at a strip club, but leaves Bud, Harm
and the Admiral behind when things get too violent, with the three
eventually landing in jail. Harm's Dress White is lost at the Cleaner's.
Plus, the usual wedding jitters for Bud - who thinks carefree and easy
life is over - and Harriet.

061 [3.24-98] To Russia With Love (1) / Liebesgruesse nach Moskau (1)

Harm gets hold of a photograph showing his MIA father in Russia in 1980,
supporting the theory that his father was taken there. Harm, with Mac
at his side, travels to Moscow to dig deeper and finally get an answer
to this life-long question. There, however, things go sometimes too
well and on other the side typical 'spy-ish'. Apparently a trap -
but Harm can't otherwise - he 'organizes' a MIG to fly to Sibiria.
