135 [7.01-01] Adrift (2)
Harm is feared lost at sea as Mac's wedding party awaits word from the
rescue carrier about when it can resume the search in the storm-tossed
Atlantic. As Harm begins to lapse into the final stages of hypothermia,
his only hope is to make contact with his potential rescuers by holding
onto a sonar buoy. Meanwhile, Mic can't help but notice Mac's distress
over losing Harm and he makes a decision about their future that may

Unwilling to face all the questions regarding her split from Mic
Brumby on the eve of their wedding, Mac requests and is granted
temporary duty aboard the USS Guadalcanal, a Marine Task Force
command ship on maneuvers in the Indian Ocean. Harm returns from
Rene's father's funeral to resume duty at JAG. He's delighted to
learn that CMDR Sturgis Turner, his roommate at the Naval Academy

Still aboard the USS Guadalcanal, Mac is called upon to prosecute a
Major accused of negligent homicide by the ship's Captain. Much to
Mac's surprise and dismay, Harm arrives on board to defend the Major
and also try to clear the air with Mac regarding their relationship.
But as they both become entrenched in the case in which the victim
drowned during a nighttime exercise in extremely bad weather conditions,
they're hard-pressed to find time to discuss their personal business.

Following the transfer of a U.S. Marine accused of rape from the local
Indonesian police to his CO at the consulate, the consulate comes under
siege by angry, armed locals and Mac finds herself in charge of the dire
situation. When the commander of the Marine detachment is killed and his
next-in-command is blinded during the surprise attack, Mac realizes that
she is next in command and must organize the emergency evacuation of the

After a break-in and murders at a Naval Annex building in Washington,

roadblocks put in the way of his investigation by the intelligence
community. Meanwhile, Renee shows up at JAG Headquarters with surprising

Harm is forced to violate his legal oath of attorney-client privilege
when, in the course of defending a military friend on a separate matter,
Harm uncovers proof that this friend was selling Stealth secrets.
Harm is in the process of defending his friend accused of fraternization
with a female officer under his command when he uncovers the information
regarding the Stealth fighter. Harm is then forced to make a decision:
put his job on the line because legally, he cannot report the discovery
since it was revealed in the course of a different case; or do the right
thing and report the information. Meanwhile, Mac attempts to help a young
lieutenant who is trying to win custody of her daughter from her abusive

Harm defends a Marine officer accused of disobeying orders by pursuing
rebels after they attacked a U.N. convoy, thus causing the death of six
Marines in an ambush. Officially, Captain Shepard was ordered to just
guard the U.N. convoy. But the captain insists to Harm that he was,
in fact, following other orders to attack that were implied by his
commanding officer. As the investigation progresses, Harm finds the
chain of evidence goes high up the political ladder to Congresswoman
Bobbi Latham who may, herself, have played a part in the implied orders.

Personal rivalries surface in the JAG office when Mac assures Harm that
she'll beat him to the finish line in the Jagathon for charity. Harm
then sticks his foot in his mouth by giving Mac a three-minute head
start in the race. Meanwhile, testosterone levels rise when Gunny and
Tiner battle head to head to see who is in the best condition for the
race. And, true to form, Lt. Singer starts a betting pool on who will
finish the race last, leaving Lt. Roberts feeling crushed when he

143 [7.09-01] Dog Robber (1)
The Chinese government, claiming that a U.S. Navy spy plane invaded its
air space and collided with a Chinese fighter plane killing its pilot,
takes the damaged spy plane and its crew hostage. Harm is sent to China
as part of a military delegation to facilitate the freeing of the crew
and plane, which is outfitted with highly sensitive surveillance
equipment. Working on a hunch, Harm brings evidence to the Chinese
that successfully forces the release of the U.S. crew, but not the
plane. Then, as Harm returns safely with the crew to a U.S. aircraft
carrier, one of the U.S. Navy fighter escorts returns to the Chinese
airfield against orders and takes matters into his own hands.

Harm defends a Naval lieutenant who claims he disobeyed orders and
bombed a U.S. Navy spy plane held hostage by the Chinese because he
believed it was the right thing to do. Harm and Sturgis go head to
head at the lieutenant's court-martial as Harm tries to keep him out
of Leavenworth, where he could be sentenced to 25 years for his actions.
Meanwhile, Mac investigates a charge of sexual harassment when a female
officer charges a Marine colonel with humiliating her publicly when her
training tape is shown on the television show 'Military Bloopers'.

Harm and Mac are sent to the U.S.S. Seahawk to brief JAG officers on
the new Rules of Engagement following the escape of Taliban fighters
as a result of a JAG officer's hesitation to determine if the target
was legitimate. While Harm is aboard the ship, the captain asks him
to fly the bombing mission into Afghanistan. However, Harm's excitement
changes to concern when his plane sustains critical damage from enemy

against him. Just when Bud thinks things can't get any worse, Sturgis
calls a surprise witness - Mac - who reluctantly takes the stand against

When Harm and Mac board the destroyer to investigate the cause of the
fire, a young sailor who smoked in a restricted area is implicated. But

In 1944, in the midst of World War II, a disastrous explosion rocked
the U.S. Navy's Port Chicago near San Francisco, killing more than 350
sailors, most of them African-Americans. Following the blast, a group of
50 sailors refused to return to work until changes were made to assure
their safety. They were charged with mutiny and court martialed, but
later their convictions were reversed. Now, a surviving sailor wants
his record and those of all the other "mutineers" cleared. Asked
to handle the investigation discreetly, Cmdr. Turner discovers that
an injustice was done and goes head-to-head with Lt. Singer in the

Harm defends an upstanding JAG judge accused of causing a car accident
that injured another driver and killed her six-month old child. JAG
judge Capt. Sebring proves to be a difficult client as he insists that
Harm not reveal personal family secrets, which seem to prove that he is
prone to fits of rage. But when the other driver takes the stand, Harm
finds that certain facts just don't add up. Meanwhile, CIA agent Clayton
Webb continues the search for Kabir, the elusive Al Qaeda terrorist
who was last seen making a suspicious deal with a senior Russian Navy

Harm and Mac investigate a "collateral damage" incident in Afghanistan
when an attack on an Al Queda terrorist kills three innocent civilians.
With the help of forensic pathologist Cmdr. Teresa Coulter, Mac and Harm
try to find out if any of the remains can be identified as belonging
to Al Queda leaders. Meanwhile, when Harm and Mac lose control oftheir
Humvee, they are thrown into a minefield where they're forced to spend
the night together figuring out how to extricate themselves from the

Naval intelligence learns that Al Qaeda terrorist Kabir Atef, brother
of the man Mac and Harm prosecuted in a military tribunal, is planning
a missile attack on the U.S. fleet in the Arabian Sea with the help of
a legendary Russian submarine commander. To prevent the disaster, Mac
is dispatched to the USS Seahawk; Harm pilots a fighter; and Turner,
a former submariner who knows the Russian's tactics, is sent aboard
the Navy's engaging sub. But at the eleventh hour, they learn that
