Shot down, back home everyone gets the news that Harm and Mac were
killed. Admiral Chegwidden, refusing to believe, flies to Russia
to investigate on his own. Harm and Mac survived and aided by Romas
continue their mission, although with the Russians searching for them
life hasn't become easier. In Moscow, Chegwidden gets drawn into
the Secret Agencies's battle for power and information. Finally,
Harm gets the answers he was after for so many years.

063 [4.02-98] Embassy / Im Namen des Volkes
Recruited by Webb, Harm and Mac use a reception at the Sudanese Embassy
to get access to the Sudanese computer system. The data to retrieve
should give some inside information into the Sudanese situation:
elections are due (with a well-respected public person, Professor
Dubotu, kidnapped) and it's unclear who will win or how to judge the
candidates - a hardliner and a pro-US candidate, Ambassador Moshak.
When terrorists take over the Embassy the political situation seems
clear, but a foul playing ambassador can't fool Harm. Bud and Harriet
argue over parentship.

065 [4.04-98] Going After Francesca / Die Entfuehrung
Admiral Chegwidden uses an inspection in Italy for a chance to see
his daughter Francesca again. Meeting her, he is lured away and she
is kidnapped. The first thought for the Admiral, Harm and Mac is that
this could be connected to the case Harm and Mac are involved: Harm
defends and Mac prosecutes a Navy Officer who has stolen Stinger
missiles to sell them to Afghan rebels. But it's not that easy: it's
not the rebels who try to blackmail the system, it's two rival Mafia
groups who have their own vendetta going on with Francesca and her
father-in-law involved.

anti-psychotic medication. Roscoe doesn't only want to clear himself
but also accuses the clinic of inhuman practices in treating the

was captured. Upon landing in Washington, marine guard Corporal Berry
shoots at and kills the terrorist. Harm's job now is to defend Barry,
who justifies his action with the United States's state-of-war against
terrorists. Mac is the prosecutor. Although everything goes after plan,
Cpl. Barry fires Harm and gets a high-profile civilian attorney. Harm
nevertheless continues his investigation and smells foul play - although
he can't find anything besides a strange acting Agent Novack.

investigated or just a fast headline for the news? Mac's husband
surfaces again to reconsile - and to get some money to pay his debts.

wants to get her help. And he sort of does when she goes to Farrow

and Farrow are placed on trial for murder, with Harm and Mic as their
defendants. But Harm and Mic clash when Mic plays mean to get the

papers but now doesn't want to join the Navy. And Bud should find him
a way out. Harm and Mac investigate the beating of bar owner Peter

attackers. Harm and Mac's only clue is that it was for 'the Hawk',
who turns out to be female P.O. Lopez, also in the group of the three

the rescue squad, Cmdr. Risnicki, is charged with disobedience of an
order and involuntary manslaughter since he delayed the mission due
to heavy fog and this may have had cost the lives of the obersvers. Mac
and Bud - his first case, which doesn't suit well with the Commander
once he finds out - are assigned to defend the Commander while Mic
prosecutes. Harm inbetween is left in charge of JAG when the Admiral
goes on vacation. During his leave the Admiral becomes a movie

Until, that is, Webb's body is found the following day. Harm and Mac

this story is a mole within the CIA who provides classified information

Palmer as Harm uncovers is not imprisoned - a stand-in is serving
Palmer's term. Palmer free, and Harm guesses right when he thinks a

himself under fire, he shoots back and kills the apparent attacker - an
unarmed 14-year-old boy. The FBI as well as JAG - with Harm and Mac
leading - investigate. But neither Lt. Rivers is eager to help nor the
dead boy's family. During the investigations it turns up that Warren
Toobin, a wanted criminal, hides in these woods, and in fact is the
victim's uncle. Not wanting to wait but rather dig into the case himself
Lt. Rivers goes AWOL and soon finds himself in the hand of the
separatists who not only protect Toobin but also want to see Rivers dead
for murder. Harriet Sims is promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade.

077 [4.16-99] Silent Service / Eiskalter Tod
Already getting on each other's nerves, Harm and Mac now also have to
investigate a submarine's surfacing off course right into a regatta,
sinking one boat - of course on the submarine itself. The cramped
conditions doesn't do any good to Harm and Mac's situation and aparently
neither to the crew's situation when seamen get sick, diseases break out
or material breaks down. Some things go terribly wrong, is the
submarine haunted or is something (or someone) more rationally behind
all that. Since the submarine has gotten new orders and is underway
Harm and Mac can't leave and can now investigate into that too.

079 [4.18-99] Shakedown / Zwischenfall im Persischen Golf
Harm and Mac are ordered to probe the technical malfunctions the
carrier 'USS Coral Sea' is experiencing. Underway in the Persian Golf
in hostile waters the incidents threaten the Coral Sea's ability
to operate accordingly. Also Harm and Mac can't find anything, mostly
because the break-downs occur without any pattern, although each of
them suspects one of two civilian technicians working on board.
Back home, one of the Admiral's proteges - formerly a thief forced
by the Admiral to join the Navy, now a family father - is diagnosed

California to meet him - a first since she ran away at age 17. There
