086 [5.01-99] King of the Greenie Board (1) / Den Tod im Visier (1)
Mac and Mic face off on opposite sides in a 'drunk-and-firing a weapon'
case. Gunnery Sergeant Victor Galindez, an expert witness in the case,
is offered a job with JAG. The office, with Harriet on leave, is a mess
and the gunny now should take care of that. Harm serves on the 'Patrick
Henry' and does patrolling duty over the Meditarrian and Yugoslavia as
well as serve as a laywer for the personnel on board. During one of
their patrolling flights, his hot-shot wingman Lt. Buxton shoots at a
tank which - he believes - is about to attack a refugee trek. With his
attacking Lt. Buxton not only violates the rules of engagement but also
kills three Russian KFOR-officers. Mac has been promoted to Lt. Colonel.

087 [5.02-99] Rules of Engagement (2) / Gegen alle Regeln (2)
Facing court-martial for shooting at the tank and killing three people
Lt. Buxton makes Harm his attorney, thus preventing Harm from testifying
against him. Harm, paired with Brumby, faces off against Mac and Bud,
and the case seems to be a tough one to win for Harm; the Russians
want to see their agendas met and the SECNAV the case out of the way
with the least damage as soon as possible.

088 [5.03-99] True Callings / Blinder Passagier
When P.O. Carran returns with a Kosovarian woman he smuggled on board
the plane (heading for the carrier) he subsequently is prosecuted.
Defended by a rookie, Harm can't else but help. Something he does
mid-air too when his wingman is hit. Capt. Pike tells Harm that he
has come as far as he can and should consider returning to JAG. At
the office Tiner, Bud and the new Gunny Galindez try to impress the
Admiral in getting him hard-to-get tickets for a concert.

089 [5.04-99] The Return / Die Rueckkehr
It's Harm vs. Mic when, upon Harm's return to JAG, he's assigned to
defend Lt. Brian Nelson, who's charged with disobeying an order at sea.
And it's a tricky one, since Lt. Nelson is no other than the son of
the Secretary of the Navy. Lt. Nelson stands by his decision that the
captain handled a Captain's Mast incorrectly and also that the captain
has it in for him; claims the captain denies.

090 [5.05-99] Front and Center / Ein Wurf entscheidet
After preventing an attempted rape, Cpl. Woods is asked to testify
in court but Woods rather goes AWOL than to testify. This sends Harm
and Bud on his trail, only to discover his troublesome past - including
murder - which gives quite a reason why he wants to stay out of the
limelight. Mac and Mic face off on opposite sides in a case of illigal
marijuana possession where a key witness is an elderly police dog.

091 [5.06-99] Psychic Warrior / Toedliche Visionen
When in the Navy's own Psychic Research Lab a Lieutenant - who is
subject to tests - is killed, Adm. Spencer as the man in charge is
prosecuted. While the Lieutenant is to blame partly because of hiding
important mediacal records, the Admiral faces manslaughter among other
charges. 'Open to ESP'-Harm defends, while 'ESP is nonsense'-Mac with
'ESP is out there'-Bud at her side. Still in long-distance contact with
her 'little sister' Chloe, Mac gets frightening news that a horse-riding

Former Special Forces Operative Raglan, hired by the Pentagon, leads a
a team to test security at military facilities. Part of the team
is Bud, who as lowest ranked JAG lawyer has been assigned as observer
and advisor. Raglan likes to add a surprising and annoying touch
to his investigations. Something Admiral Kly, as his commanding officer,
finds out the hard way when a security check on a submarine ends with
the submarine hijacked and a demand for a multi-million dollar ransom.
Bud - in a way - is held hostage onboard the submarine, while Harm
tries second guessing his friend Raglan who threatens to hit big time

094 [5.09-99] Contemptuous Words / Verraeterische Worte
An anonymous, critical and offensive letter against the President
appears in the newspaper and the JAG lawyers get the assignment to
identify the author. The route is traced back to Harm, who now finds
himself in a very unpleasant position: framed, the target of internal
investigations and eventually even facing court-martial. A high-power,
well known conservative group approaches him to offer help, which he
reluctantly accepts. Although the real author is still at large.
Mac is caught between two women when the fiancee of a killed soldier
wants to have a baby from him while his still married wife wants to
prevent that at all costs. Harm is promoted to full Commander.

096 [5.11-99] Ghosts Of Christmas Past / Sein letzter Einsatz
Visiting the Vietnam Memorial on Christmas Eve to pay his respects
to his father, Harm meets Jenny Lake, who also has come to pay her
respects to Lt. Rabb. She tells Harm about the day she has met his dad
- the day before Christmas Eve 1969, also the day before he went MIA -
while touring with the USO group. It was one week since her finacee,
also a pilot, died in action and being on a carrier at particular this
time wasn't easy. She tells Harm how his dad helped her at least partly
to overcome her anxiety and she and his dad formed a friendly relationship.

097 [5.12-00] Into the Breech / Ein alter Fall in neuem Licht
Ten years ago on the USS Minnesota an explosion in a gun turret, which
killed 29 people, was ruled a murder, which also claimed the suspected
culprit's life. Now the case is the training basis for a mock trial for
cadets - future lawyers - at the Iron Forge Naval Academy. Harm and Mac
second chair the prosecution and defense, respectively. In the course of
this, the 'trial' gets a fair dose of reality when real witnesses of the
incident back then take the stand and they suggest that it actually may
be a miscarriage of Justice. The JAG headquarters are the location for
a promo shoot to recruit new members.
Location: USS Minnesota, North of Puerto Rico (1990); Richmond,

Thirteen years ago Cpl. Farmer was sentenced to Death for killing
three Marines and severely injuring others. Now apealing, Mac is

Mac. In court they face Mic who must argue pro death penalty.
Digging into the case Mac uncovers insufficent defense by Farmer's
former attorney: then-Cmdr. Chegwidden. When Mic is recalled back to
Australia and Mac reached a new hearing in the Farmer case, Harm

Interrogating a murder suspect onboard a ship, the ship runs aground
and traps Harm, a Chief and the suspect, P.O. De Mara, in the brig
under deck. De Mara claims his innocence but his violent outbreaks
speak against him. Then the situation takes a dramatic turn when water

nearby ship (to celebrate with an old friend who's about to retire),

At the request of Lt. Cmdr. Brumby, Admiral Chegwidden sends Harm and
Bud to Australia to represent a U.S. Naval officer, Kevin Lee, who has
suddenly surfaced 28 years after being 'murdered' by an Australian
sailor. Lee contends that he accidentally killed his Australian nemesis
years ago and, in a panic, exchanged identities with the dead man.
Now, charged with both deserting and murder, Lee is to be tried in
an Australian court, pitting Harm against Brumby. Harm and Brumby are
also about to go head-to-head outside the courtroom when Mac appears

Trouble in the JAG office starts when the Gunny is charged with assault
following an off-duty altercation outside a gay bar. It comes to light
that P.O. Tiner was also involved in the brawl, having come to the aid
of his companion, whom Gunny and a friend was roughing up. Chegwidden
tries to keep this case in-house but a attorney with political ambitions
wants to squeeze the best out of this case for him. Meanwhile, Mac finds

Cpl. Hoskins also wants after living with the burden for so long,

108 [5.23-00] Real Deal SEAL / Ende eines Hochstaplers
On a crusade against Navy SEAL imposters, Lt. Curtis Rivers' newest
'victim' is a Senator-candidate. Punching him earns Rivers' a
court-martial. In order to prove his point (and expose another
imposter), he puts a contract on his defendant, Harm. Two real SEALs
are assigned to guard Harm. Senator Barrington offers Chegwidden the
job as Justice at the U.S. District Court. But there's a catch ...

Harm reopens the case of a captain, who was sentenced for murdering
his wife, and comes under fire by the couple's daughter, his friend
Lt. Cmdr. Teresa Coulter. Citing ineffective defense, Harm gets the
new trial and finds clues that it might not be the husband but in fact

help from the terminally ill daughter of a deceased friend who wants

110 [5.25-00] Surface Warfare / Grabenkaempfe
During a training exercise a live fire mishap nearly kills 15 marines.
The blame is laid on the gunner, P.O. Roberts, resulting in the
breakout of age-old tensions between the Navy and the Marines in their
first joint maneuver for quite some time. Drawn into the situation
is Bud - who wants to clear his brother - and subsequently all up the
ranks, from Mac to Harm and the Admiral, it even reaches the Secretary
of the Navy. Brumby quits the Navy and comes to the States to be with
Mac.
