I feel like a deer
I feel like a deer, buck or antelope in the desert. No rain fell for a very long time. The vultures are circling and there is no oasis... no water and no food. I am awaiting my death and there is no hope in my eyes.  I look up to the heavens and there is no clouds.. no promise. There is nothing at all.
I see the carcasses of those that use to walk with me. I see the bones of those that should have been forgotten. I see myself.
I see death.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Who shall speak to me. Who will come into this forsaken land and tell me of my ways. Who will sacrifice their overflowing worlds and lives to give me truth and hope.  Who will open my eyes unto myself so that I could know that there is a way that is not death. Who will be willing to walk amongst the carcasses in the blistering sun and heat and who will be willing to look into my hopeless empty eyes of death.  Who will be able to change me and if there is anybody willing to do. Would this country be able to change. Tell me. Is there hope... is there hope at all...
I look up to the heavens.
Unto my Lord I cry.
"Oh sweet Master"
Tears filled my eyes.
"Be Thee the One of Healing...
Be Thee the One of Life...
Be Thee the One and Only
And am I to be Thy wife..."
"Could I ask Thee my Master
Could I ask Thee for life
Could I ask Thee for this desert
To be turned unto Thy life
Always will I praise Thee
Always will I sing
All unto Thee my Sweetness
My Master... my King.
We could dance in the sweetness of laughter
We could sing in the waters of life
Together we could play
In this garden turned from death unto life
Forgotten all the heartache
Forgotten all the death
Forgotten all the pains
As You breathe them in... new breath
Fresh as a spring in summer
sweet as the dew on grass
lovely as roses' petals
and never will it pass"
"My sweetness, My love.. My laughter
Do you want Me now to cry..
What you ask will be My pleasure
for this desire I could never deny.!
I give thee the seed that's needed
I give thee the breath of Mine
I give thee enough water
And Blood and Flesh and wine
You know what to do My sweetness
You know the way of life
You know of sowing and reaping
And you know our Father's life
Do what you do best dear
Do it and never doubt
Do it and do not wonder
Praise as the seedling sprout
Whilst it grow up I want your laughter
Whilst it sprout I need a tear
When it's grown and strong and bearing
It will know no death.. nor fear
It will stand so strong and high love
It will never shed a tear
It will bring Me joy and gladness
And to you.. My love.. My dear
It will give you monthly flowers
It will give you daily juice
It will give you joy and laughter
Whilst you are walking in My shoes
Never doubt Me, never wonder
Never think of things.. but Me
Never take on ways to ponder
Be for ever... always... free.
