The last mile

I trust Thee." lilli says and then she takes Jesus' hand for she has a little bit of work still to do. He will lead her and when she has done this.. then she is done. For now and for ever it will be done. Jesus will then hand her over unto the Father and then an entire new story begins. Until then.. He is enjoying her every moment... loving her all the way. As they walk away... Jesus explains unto her what is expected of her and she knows that His work is precise and she also knows that she will never be sorry for accepting His Hand. They stop for a small moment and Jesus takes her into His sweet arms and hold her for a while. Then He gives her an even sweeter kiss. They walk the last mile and even before they arrived, lilli was ready. Yes, even more than ready. lilli is ready.
