NOTE: These are all Allied strategies

Rocketeer wolfpack
Build at least 20 Rocketeers and assign them to a group number. Keep them between your base and the enemy base. Whenever you see enemy units comming out of the base without AA cover, hunt them down with the Rocketeers, then retreat. No unit will survive for long, so the enemy will be forced to build mobile AA defenses.

Chrono choppers
Few people use this tactic, although it's easy to discover. You can use your Chronosphere on Night Hawk helicopters when they're landed. So if you want to chronoshift troops into an enemy base, put them in Night Hawks, not IFVs!

Chrono wave
A great strategy if you have the money for it. Build a group of Chrono Legionnaires and keep them toghether. Move them towards the enemy base in small jumps, so they don't take long to materialize. Erase all enemy units that stand in your way, until you reach the base and start causing havoc. Don't use this tactic if the enemy has Snipers, Tanyas or lots of dogs.

Technology exchange
This strategy is well known and many people consider it cheating. So I advise you not to use it. If you have an ally, build 3 spies and tell him to build 3 spies as well (or build them for him and let him mind-control them, if he's soviet). Then undo your alliance and infiltrate his Barracks, Factory and Battle Lab. Let him do the same to you, then ally again with him. This way you'll both have the advantages of infiltrating spies in those buildings.

Infantry deception
You can use your spies in defense, while waiting for an opportunity to send them in the enemy base. When the enemy wants to attack you with something, make all your spies look like the infantry that counters the "something". For example, if he wants to attack you with soldiers, make your spies look like Tanyas.

Seeds of mistrust
Another great spy strategy. When you fight against two enemies that are allied against you, make your spies look like the engineers of enemy 1 and send them in the base of enemy 2. If you're lucky, this will start a war between your two enemies. But don't infiltrate anything unless your enemies discovered your trick, because infiltrating a base will show the the "engineers" are actually your spies.

Dolphin escort
As you probably know, swimming Tanyas don't have many chances of survival. That's why you have to escort them. But an escort that attracts attention makes the Tanyas useless. That's why dolphins are the best escort for swimming Tanyas. If the enemy doesn't notice the Tanyas, that's great. But if he does notice them, the dolphins will serve as protection.

Haunted forest
The best tanks for ambushes are Mirage Tanks. And the best places are forests. Scatter your Mirage Tanks through a forest, no matter how small the forest is. Soon, the enemy will avoid all trees on the map.

Prism support
The Prism Tanks are great against buildings and pretty good against units, but they have lousy armour. That's why you should keep them in the back of your army. Put Mirage or Grizzly Tanks in front (to handle the enemy army) and keep the Prisms in the back to deal the damage to enemy bases.

Harrier storm
Harriers are great in conjunction with Weather Storms. Why? Because the Weather Storms don't affect air units. So you can fly right into a Weather Storm to deal more damage. I like to create a Weather Storm above the enemy Con Yard, then immediately send 4 Harriers to do the extra damage needed for taking down the Con Yard.

Chrono Invulnerability
This strategy is known by most advanced players. It is expensive, so it's only useful as a last resort. Units and buildings attacked by Chrono Legionnaires are invulnerable while they're being erased from time. When you hear a Soviet nuke being launched, order some of your Chrono Legionnaires to force-fire on your most important buildings, or the buildings most likely to be hit by the nuke. Use just one Legionnaire for each building and DO NOT use elite Legionnaires. This way your buildings won't be erased by the time the nuke hits. When that happens, it will kill your Legionnaires. But the buildings that were attacked by them won't have a scratch, since they were invulnerable when the nuke fell on them. Don't bother using this on buildings cheaper than a Legionnaire!
