Pressure building on my soul

Malaise taking over

Searching for a love to hold

Waiting for joy to occur

Alone for so long, getting used to it

I miss that warm embrace

Always let down, but refuse to quit

This loneliness I wish to erase

Will anyone dare to accept my love, and return it willingly?

Will anyone dare to take my hand, to join me joyously?

Will anyone dare to give me a chance - and see within my eyes?

That I'm searching for a heart to enhance - or will all pass me by?

My love will last until I am dust

And then, forevermore

My love is given with total trust

Like every time before

My love will certainly never die

Or ever fade away

My love is boundless as the sky

And will forever stay

For love, I would kill

For love, I would bleed

For love, I would cater

To its every need

For love, I would freeze

For love, I would burn

For love is the one thing

For which I still yearn

Sitting in the dark alone, thinking of days gone past

I've been searching for so long, searching for a love to last

Now I'm calling for one like me, sad, depressed, and forlorn

I'm calling for the one who will join, in this bond I seek to form
